Erin Atwood serves as the Office Manager and Intake Coordinator, where she plays an essential role in ensuring clients feel welcomed, supported, and cared for from the moment they begin their journey at Riceland Recovery. With a heart for service and a passion for helping others, Erin strives to make each client's admission experience one that is filled with kindness, compassion, and understanding.
As a person in recovery, Erin brings both professional dedication and personal insight to her role. She understands the courage it takes to ask for help and is committed to meeting each client with empathy, respect, and encouragement. Her lived experience allows her to connect with individuals in a genuine and meaningful way, helping to ease the anxiety that often accompanies entering treatment.
Beyond coordinating admissions, Erin is dedicated to helping clients successfully reintegrate into the community by assisting them with obtaining identification cards and Social Security cards, applying for financial and community assistance programs, and connecting them with employment opportunities. She believes that recovery extends beyond sobriety and includes building a stable, independent, and fulfilling life.
In addition to her work with clients, Erin oversees the daily administrative operations of the office, maintains the accuracy and compliance of clinical records, and ensures that documentation and office procedures meet the highest standards.
