Justin Lafleur, LPN, CCGC, CAC, CCS
Intensive Outpatient Counselor
Justin Lafleur is an Intensive Outpatient Counselor with more than a decade of experience in substance use disorder treatment, behavioral health, and healthcare leadership. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, Certified Addiction Counselor, and Certified Clinical Supervisor, he brings both clinical and administrative experience to his work with individuals in recovery.
Justin strives to create a safe, supportive environment where clients can explore the core issues underlying their substance use while learning how to live sober—and truly live again. As a member of the recovery community himself, Justin understands firsthand the challenges, uncertainty, and personal growth that come with maintaining sobriety. He believes recovery is about more than simply stopping substance use; it is about rediscovering purpose, rebuilding relationships, developing healthy coping skills, and creating a life worth staying sober for.
Justin has also served as a subject-matter expert on rural behavioral health and substance use policy in Louisiana, including an invited briefing with gubernatorial staff regarding rural treatment access, continuity of care, and barriers to recovery.
He is currently pursuing a Master of Health Administration at Louisiana State University Shreveport (LSUS).
